Process

From the 3D model
to the client presentation.

Work begins with a review of the files and the studio’s objectives. Spaces, formats, materials and review stages are agreed before production.

01

Brief and materials

Share the 3D model, references and project stage. We clarify who will see the presentation and which choices they need to understand.

02

Scope and visual direction

We define spaces, views, materials, alternatives and formats. Timing, deliverables and revisions are agreed around the available material.

03

Production and review

We build the content and review progress at the agreed stages, keeping a shared reference to the studio’s design decisions.

04

Delivery and presentation

We prepare the agreed outputs for client presentation, clarifying how they can be viewed and used.

Working alongside designers.

Our primary partners are architecture and interior design studios. We also support property developers, new-build sales teams, general contractors and exhibition design companies.

Before we begin

Which files can you work from?

We start from the studio’s 3D models. During the first conversation we check file format, completeness and level of detail, defining the work required and agreeing on the workflow.

Can we present different design options?

Yes. Materials, finishes and alternatives are defined within the project scope, together with the way they will be compared.

How are timing and costs defined?

We assess the complexity of the material, spaces, views, formats and revisions. These determine a project-specific quote and schedule.

Is the film an interactive walkthrough?

A film follows a prerecorded route. In a navigable walkthrough, users choose their own path. VR adds an immersive way of experiencing the design.
